The School Community Council is a group made up of parents and school employees that serve the children of our school. They create a school improvement plan and decide how to spend the School Land Trust money that is given to each school every year. The council goes over data of the students and makes decisions on academic plans to support our students. These plans are submitted to the district and to the state.
Members of the council are voted in by the parents of the school, but any parent is invited to our meetings to voice their opinions and concerns about the school. All viewpoints are welcome. If you are interested in becoming a voting member, please contact Mrs. van Dijk.
